We work with numerous area physicians, Assisted Living Facilities, Independent Living Facilities and Nursing Facilities in primarily Marion, Lake, Citrus, Sumter and Hernando counties.

There are two teams consisting of a: Scheduler, Biller, Data Input, Secretary, Registered Nurse, Field Nurse,  Human Resources Department, and Therapy Department which includes: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy.
